Terms and Conditions

1. ENROLMENT PROCESS 

1.1 By enrolling your child in Scope programs, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

1.2 All information provided during enrolment must be accurate and complete. 

1.3 Enrolment is subject to confirmation, and enrolment is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

2. PROGRAM DETAILS 

2.1 Scope offers structured educational programs for students transitioning to high school, focusing on Year 7 and 8 Maths. 

2.2 Program schedules, locations, and content may be subject to change. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes. 

3. FEES AND PAYMENT 

3.1 Program fees must be paid in full before the start of the term to confirm your child’s enrolment. 

3.2 Discounts (e.g., Year 6 awards) must be applied during the enrolment process and cannot be retroactively applied. 

  • Any discount arising from the referral program will be applied upon enrolment for the next available term (e.g., if a referral discount is earned in term 1, the discount will be applied to the price for term 2).  

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS 

4.1 Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before the program’s start date. 

  • For the cancellation to be valid you must provide written notice via Email.  

  • You will be required to state the reason for cancellation within the written notice.  

5. RESPONSIBILITIES AND BEHAVIOUR 

5.1 Scope is committed to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment. 

5.2 Students must display respectful behaviour during all sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the program without a refund. 

6. PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT 

6.1 By enrolling your child, you consent to their participation in Scope programs and activities. 

6.2 You acknowledge responsibility for informing Scope of any allergies, medical conditions, or other needs that may impact your child’s participation. 

7. PRIVACY POLICY 

7.1 Scope collects and stores personal information provided during enrolment for the purpose of program administration. 

7.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.  

8. LIABILITY 

8.1 Scope will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants but is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during sessions, except in cases of proven negligence. 

8.2 Parents/guardians must ensure children are picked up promptly at the end of each session. Scope’s responsibility ends when a child exits the relevant session premises.  

9. MEDIA CONSENT 

9.1 By enrolling, you consent to the use of your child’s image in photos or videos taken during Scope sessions for promotional purposes. 

9.2 If you do not wish to provide media consent, please notify us in writing at the time of enrolment. 

10. AMENDMENTS 

10.1 Scope reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Changes will be communicated to participants.
